(01) — What we supply
Whether you run a neighbourhood espresso bar or a hotel breakfast service, every line below is a service we run in-house and supply to spec.
Regular roasted-to-order deliveries on a flexible weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Espresso blends and filter roasts, minimum orders from 5 kg, optional branded packaging.
Practical on-site sessions covering espresso technique, milk steaming, filter brewing and menu calibration — beginner to advanced, tailored to your equipment.
Direct relationships with cooperatives in Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil and Guatemala — traceable, fairly traded green coffee at volume pricing, with cupping samples on request.
We work from your flavour brief to dial in a house blend that is uniquely yours — three sample rounds, then locked under your name and held consistent every batch.
Not sure which grinder or brewer fits your bar? Our team visits your venue, assesses your needs and recommends equipment without brand bias.
Sell RoastWorksLviv.com coffee at your counter — branded 250 g bags, refreshed with seasonal lots, supplied on consignment or firm-order terms.
(02) — The roast curve
We cup hundreds of samples a year and buy only lots scoring 84+ on the SCA scale, with documented chain of custody back to the cooperative or estate.
Every batch is roasted to a profile built for the origin — light for bright single-origins, medium-dark for espresso. Roast logs are kept for every production run.
Every roast is cupped by at least two team members against our SCA-aligned rubric before packing. Off-spec batches are never shipped — they go to training.
Roasted-to-order batches ship within 48 hours across Ukraine, arriving at peak flavour. Lviv partners get same-day or next-morning delivery from the roastery.
(03) — Who we are
Founded in Lviv in 2018, RoastWorksLviv.com started with a single drum roaster and a conviction that western Ukraine deserved the same quality of specialty coffee you'd find in Amsterdam or Melbourne.
Today our team of twelve roasters, sourcing specialists and trainers serves over 120 wholesale partners — and we still cup every batch before it ships. Our 30 kg Giesen roaster runs five days a week, holding profiles repeatable to within 2°C across every production run.
(04) — The RoastWorksLviv.com difference
We roast when you order, not weeks before. Your coffee arrives at peak freshness, not fading on a shelf.
Every partner gets a named contact who knows your menu, your volumes and your schedule — no call centres, no forms.
Farm name, harvest year, processing method and cupping score printed on every wholesale bag. Transparency is not optional.
We don't just deliver coffee. We help your staff brew it well — your customers' experience reflects on us too.
We log every roast and cup every batch, so your house espresso tastes the same in January as it did in June.
Same-day in Lviv, next-day to Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk, Nova Poshta everywhere else. A schedule that holds.

(07) — Partner voices

Oksana V. — Head Barista, specialty café, Lviv
“We needed a partner who could supply 40 kg a week reliably and help us train new staff. RoastWorksLviv.com does both without fuss. Their Ethiopian washed is a guest favourite.”
Dmytro K. — F&B Manager, boutique hotel, Kyiv
“The custom house blend they developed took three rounds of samples and they never seemed impatient. It's now the thing people mention most in our Google reviews.”
