(01) — Ordering & delivery

Getting coffee to your door

What is the minimum order for wholesale supply?

Our minimum order is 5 kg per delivery, with no minimum commitment on total volume. We work with small independent cafes as well as high-volume restaurant groups — the same quality regardless of size.

How quickly can you deliver after an order is placed?

We roast to order and typically dispatch within 24–48 hours of receiving a confirmed order. Delivery to Lviv city is same-day or next-day; other Ukrainian cities via Nova Poshta usually arrive within two business days.

Which cities and regions do you deliver to?

We run direct delivery routes in Lviv, Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk, and ship to the rest of Ukraine via Nova Poshta. If you're outside our direct routes, we'll set up a reliable Nova Poshta schedule around your ordering rhythm.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

Because we roast to order and dispatch within 48 hours, your coffee reaches you 3–10 days off roast — the window where espresso and filter are at their best. Each bag is date-stamped with its roast date.

(02) — Coffee, blends & quality

What's in the cup

Can I get a custom blend developed for my venue?

Yes. Custom blend development is included for wholesale partners ordering 10 kg or more per month. We start with a brief, develop three sample profiles, and iterate from your feedback until you're happy. The blend is then locked under your name and held consistent every batch.

What certifications do your coffees carry?

Many of our green coffee lots come from Rainforest Alliance, UTZ or organically certified farms. We list the certification status on each product. If a specific certification is important to your business, mention it and we'll prioritise matching lots.

How do you ensure consistency batch to batch?

We log every roast and cup every batch against an SCA-aligned rubric before it ships. Off-spec batches never leave the roastery — they go to staff training instead. The result is a house espresso that tastes the same in January as it did in June.

Can I request samples before committing?

Of course. Sample bags are available on request for prospective wholesale partners, and you can book a cupping session at our Lviv roastery on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment.

(03) — Pricing, training & support

Working together

Is wholesale pricing available for smaller operations?

Absolutely. We price wholesale fairly from the first 5 kg order, with volume tiers that reward higher usage. We believe small independent cafes deserve the same access to specialty coffee as large operators, without punishing minimum thresholds.

Do you supply equipment, or only coffee?

We don't sell equipment directly, but we offer unbiased advice on grinder and brewer selection for your setup, and we can put you in touch with trusted suppliers. Our focus is always on the coffee and the skills to brew it properly.

Is barista training really included?

Yes. Every wholesale tier includes training, scaling with your volume — from one session per quarter on the Starter tier to unlimited sessions on Volume. We cover espresso technique, milk steaming, filter brewing and menu calibration on your own equipment.

How do I become a wholesale partner?

Send us a short note about your venue, your approximate weekly volume and the kind of coffee you're after. We'll reply within one business day with a tailored proposal and arrange sample bags. Start a conversation →
